At Refubb Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a exchange within 7 days of the delivered date. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before initiating an exchange.
- Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

Customer is liable for the shipping charges incurred if the product is working or customer has changed the mind after receiving.
- If customer wants to return from his willing then we can initiate the return by deducting both side courier charges and packing charges.
- Refund will be made after deducting the shipping charges incurred in the process.

Advance Payment Policy
The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to Refubb due to RTO (Return to Origin) and the customer places a new order, Refubb reserves the right to retain the advance amount paid against the previous RTO order and adjust it towards applicable shipping, handling, or other associated costs.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
